Book Reviews

The class have read a book called 'Tyrannosaurus Drip', and some of the children wrote a book review.

I have just read Tyrannosaurus Drip by Julia Donaldson.
I liked the part when they crossed the river on the log and it snapped.
I didn’t like the part when Drip was not joining the family.
You should read this book because it is really funny!

I have just read Tyrannosaurus Drip by Julia Donaldson.
I like the part when they made a bridge and the carnivores fell in the river and rode off to sea because it is a bit funny.
I didn’t like the start because it was a bit boring.
You should read this book because it has a happy ending.

I liked the part when the Tyrannosaurus family went splash in the river because it is funny.
I didn’t like how short the story was.

Pirate Ship Day!

On Friday (19th April), children dressed up as pirates and princesses for the opening of our new pirate ships, and school managed to raise over £150 for the Laura Centre!

Thank you to parents for the children's amazing costumes, and your donations! It was a great day!
